1. Send Us Your Requirements
Contact us with details about the sign you want, including your logo, dimensions, preferred colours, materials, intended use, and any reference images. We can help if you’re unsure about specifications.
2. Project Review
We assess the provided information and artwork to ensure it fits our production capabilities, considering dimensions, materials, and design complexity. We’ll reach out for more details if needed.
3. Quotation
Once requirements are clear, we offer a tailored quotation based on your project's specifics. Production starts after you accept the quote.
4. Artwork Preparation
Upon order confirmation, we prepare your artwork for laser cutting/engraving, which may involve adjustments. Additional design work may incur extra charges.
5. Design Approval
We provide a digital proof for your approval. Please check spelling, names, dimensions, layout, and logos. Production begins after approval.
6. Production
With approval, the components are laser cut and/or engraved using the chosen materials, with multi-layered elements produced separately.
7. Assembly and Finishing
The components are assembled and finished per the approved design, including positioning elements and adding raised lettering.
8. Quality Check
The completed sign undergoes a final inspection against the approved details for appearance and personalisation.
9. Packaging and Dispatch
Once checked, the order is packaged for dispatch or collection as agreed.
